“New Ground Creations addresses critical challenges faced by young people from disadvantaged backgrounds today such as gang violence, higher rates of exclusion, and a lack of opportunity to turn their lives around. We could not be prouder to support this initiative to grow and create greater impact.”

About New Ground Creations and Pareece Rose Sandiford

THE ISSUE (19).png

New Ground Creations aims to reduce young people being involved with gangs and youth violence. They support 13-19 year-olds from Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic backgrounds who are disengaged from the classroom, on the edge of exclusion, or referred by youth offending teams or Pupil Referral units by taking them through inspiring keynotes, holistic coaching programmes and business development workshops.

Pareece Rose Sandiford has seen the problem of youth violence from up close. Her own journey of living through the experience of a gang to starting her own business provided the seed for her to start New Ground Creations. Being a qualified youth worker, trainer, school governor, and head of safeguarding gives her the skill and perspective to lead the initiative to success.

New Ground Creations will deliver the Overcomer series, where young people would participate in a 10-week business development workshop focussed on social action projects, as well as engage in creative showcases that would include producing videos chronicling their journeys from adversity to success.
