Explore the updated Ecosystem Map: 2025 Edition

Thank you to every member who submitted their Ecosystem map data this year. Your contributions mean we can now share the latest update to the Ecosystem Map - giving us the most up-to-date picture of where we’re working, who we’re partnering with, and the difference we’re making together.

Our FEA Membership Tools include two key elements: the Ecosystem Map and a Member Directory. We co-created these with members to help you have a greater impact through connecting, collaborating, and better targeting the young people in England who could most benefit from your support.

The 2025 Ecosystem Map update shows:

  • 138 FEA members with over 79,000 unique partnerships in 22,000 schools

  • Double the number of non-school setting partnerships compared to last year’s Map, with 3,600 now represented

  • FEA members are reaching 88% of the approximately 25,000 schools in England…

  • …With 96% coverage of schools in the most deprived areas (according to the Income Deprivation Affecting Children Index)

By using the Map you can:

  • Find opportunities to collaborate with other members in your area

  • Target your work where need is greatest

  • Evidence our collective voice to policymakers and funders

As one of the first shared outputs of our new five-year strategy, From Neighbourhood to National, this update underpins our commitment to:

  • Collective Voice – shaping policy with real-world data

  • Collective Action – connecting organisations to strengthen impact locally

  • Collective Strength – equipping members with tools and insight

How to get started

  • Sign in (or create a free member account) to access both the Ecosystem Map and Directory.

  • Register for one of our upcoming interactive training sessions to learn more about how to get the most from the Membership Tools.

  • Book a 121 clinic - we offer one-to-one support with our data tools to help members identify gaps and opportunities

Should you have any questions about our Membership Tools, please contact me at dvogel@faireducation.org.uk.

Educational inequity is a complex and growing challenge. Our Membership Tools give us, as a collective, the evidence and connections we need to act together - ensuring every child and young person can thrive.
